Returns are easy!!!


If you've changed your mind simply send your item back to us unopened within 14 days of purchase. The delivery cost is your responsibility. Custom Built Computers are exempt from this policy.

To be eligible in returning an unwanted item your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Faulty Items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of purchased. If the item is found to be working perfectly then a £10 testing charge will be applied. Items over 28 days will be repaired or replaced in a maximum of 28 days although it is usually much sooner. We will cover the costs of shipping on faulty items with the first 28 day period.

Please note, we can not replace items which have been incorrectly installed or damaged such as bent pins on CPU's or any other signs of physical damage.

Virus and software issues are also not included in any warranties.
